Shipping and Processing

Items are shipped out within 1-2 weeks.

Please purchase pre-order items separately unless you can wait for your other items.
Orders with pre-orders will be shipped once the pre-order arrives.

UK & EU Supporters

Due to new tax laws and issues creating orders, we are currently not able to ship to the UK including Ireland and the EU.

Please visit our store at Kei Collective to ship to the UK/EU.

Order Tracking

Shipping options will typically have tracking unless specified otherwise. 
Please check the order confirmation for the tracking number if applicable.

Package Issues

To add delivery with signature required, please contact us and we can add that additional option for you to your purchase.  This is important if you know delivery can be difficult or you have shared mailboxes or delivery areas.

If your packages are unable to be delivered for reasons such as returned to sender, insufficient address, or no such number, we can find a solution for redelivery with a shipping fee paid by the customer to the carrier.

If your package says it was delivered, but you do not see it please check with your post office, neighbors, apartment manager, etc.  Unfortunately, we do not have additional information for your package outside of the tracking information available to you.  Due to inventory constraints we cannot replace or refund stolen packages.

We cannot refund shipping fees as those are used to pay the mail carrier.

Mail Suspensions (Australia etc.)

Some countries are currently suspending receipt of international mail.

This includes Australia and New Zealand.  We can hold packages and orders as we have been until they resume accepting mail.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If there are issues with your order please contact us within 14 days of your package arrival.

Returns

As this is a small business, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return labels with tracking are paid for by the customer.  Refunds are issued once items are received.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new condition and unused
  • Demonstrated to have issues
  • Purchased at full price as sales items are final sale.
